MEDICARE ENROLLMENT SERVICES

Custom Credentialing Services (CCS) contracts with healthcare Providers to help prepare applications for Medicare Enrollment. Given that numerous Providers are contracted with hospitals as well as multiple health plans, our service help simplify the Medicare enrollment process. Our principal has twenty-one years of professional credentialing experience. Ten of those years with the world renown National Jewish Research and Medical Center in Colorado. Thus, we know first-hand how frustrating it is for Providers to complete countless applications.

Next, we require current copies of certified credentialing documents. In addition, each Provider must complete a two page credentialing information form. The supporting documentation is a direct guide for accurate completion of the Medicare Enrollment Application. Please note, when an application is incomplete, Medicare will not process it. Upon request, we offer this much needed service.

Citing the above, CCS will establish a contract with Providers of patient care, whereby we complete the Medicare Enrollment Application for you. There will be a ONE time initial set-up fee of $35.00 per Provider which helps make the Medicare Enrollment Service cost effective. As a client of Custom Credentialing Services, you will be provided Business References.
