Custom Credentialing Services (CCS) completes original and renewal
applications for healthcare Providers. The Providers are employed and/or
contracted with hospitals, surgery centers, family services, clinical services
and other facilities. As well, these same Providers are enrolled with Medicare,
Medicaid and multiple health plans resulting in the completion of
countless applications. We understand the frustrations of never-ending
paperwork. Our service will help you simplify the process.
Additionally, each
contracting Provider or designee must complete our Credentialing Information
Profile (CIP) in order for the service to be successful. The initial process
is extensive; however, once the CIP is completed we
will have your original profile in our Provider data base. Accordingly, the
CIP will be a detailed guide for accurate documentation and
completion of all of your future applications. Also, you will have access
to your CIP which will allow you to make available updates as needed.
By reason of the above, we propose that you establish a
contract with us whereby we will complete all of your Provider applications.
The ONE time initial set-up fee per Provider will also include the completion
of your first application with the CIP program. Subsequent to
completing each application, CCS will return it to you or your designee via
email for signatures, attachments and forwarding to the appropriate entity for
processing.
Finally, upon request we offer this much needed service.
