We utilize Cactus Software for tracking data and primary source verifications, reporting, and efficient facilitation of verification collection. We offer clients access to their provider data through our internet based web module observer. Clients may view provider data fields, see when verifications were requested and received, and download or print scanned images.

GDS responsibly utilizes a document scanning, paperless approach, which reduces environmental burdens and allows us to transfer documents more efficiently.

Custom Credentialing Services (CCS) is a professional services corporation doing business in the state of Colorado. The goal of CCS is to fully dedicate our professional credentialing resources to our Clients. Our number one priority is to give our Clients the utmost respect while maintaining our integrity and professional reputation. The principal resource is our trained staff committed to putting the Clients needs first. Our company prides itself in providing quality results and cost effective services.

SUMMARY OF PROVIDER APPLICATION SERVICE

CCS offers Provider Application Services whereby we complete the required forms to include clinical privileges, professional licenses, professional liability coverage, Medicare and multiple health plans. Our principal has twenty-four years of Credentialing experience. Ten of those years were with the world renowned National Jewish Research and Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. Through our Credentialing Information Profile (CIP) system we complete required Provider Applications. (Please see Service 1. for more details)

PRIMARY SOURCE VERIFICATION (PSV)

As used herein, Primary Source is one that possesses direct knowledge of the validity or authenticity of an Applicant’s Credentials.

COMPLETE CREDENTIALING SOLUTIONS

Custom Credentialing Services provides Primary Source Verification (PSV) for initial and renewal privileges to meet the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and other regulatory requirements. In addition, we provide Medicare credentialing as well as Payer credentialing for those enrolled in multiple health plans.

The cornerstone of the credentialing services performed by CCS is to assure that Applicants' education, training and professional credentials are carefully investigated through primary sources. This saves you time and money for your Credentialing Departments who can use this same information. However, the responsibility of querying the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) remains with the Client.

Credentialing information received from primary sources will only be released to persons or organizations that the Applicants have agreed to. Regulatory bodies in the review or certification process may view Credentialing information obtained.

CCS will deliver or mail completed files to the Client Credentialing Department ONLY, unless requested in writing to do otherwise. Each file will meet all JCAHO and other regulatory requirements.
