Our Mission Custom Credentialing Services is a solution oriented company whose mission is to provide quality Professional Credentials Verification services. Through Primary Sources, we validate that an Applicant's credentials are carefully investigated. OVERVIEW OF SERVICES Custom Credentialing Services (CCS) prepares quality data collection for Client presentation. The cornerstone of the services performed by CCS is to assure that Applicants education, training, and professional credentials are carefully investigated. In addition, Custom Credentialing Services will validate Primary Source Verification (PSV) from information submitted showing that the Applicants are who they claim to be. CCS will deliver or mail completed files to the Client Credentialing Department ONLY, unless requested in writing to do otherwise. Each file will meet all Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements.
